Sadako Ogata and Peter Sutherland presented the report to an audience at the Graduate Institute for International Studies, in Geneva, Switzerland. May 13 2003.
 The Graduate Institute for International Studies, headed by Mr.Conelius Sommaruga, held a seminar to introduce the Commission's report to the general public, the NGO community, academia, and the international organizations located in Geneva.
